Cancellation and Refund Policy

Arrangements for the conference are made well in advance basis the confirmed participation of Delegates, Speakers, and partners.

There may be a situation wherein you may have to cancel your registration. You can nominate your substitute by sharing an Email with ElitePlus++ Business Services. This is to support you considering you may be stuck in an unforeseen situation. The person you nominate should be from your Organization and we will accommodate the change “free of cost” – as a gesture of goodwill.

If you are unable to attend, and unable to transfer the registration to another person, then the following cancellation and refund policy shall apply:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to accounts-liban@epbs.co.in.
  • Cancellation Request Deadline
  • To qualify for a refund, all cancellation requests must reach us 30 days before the Scheduled Business Summit. Only those requests which are made within this timeline will be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds will be processed for cancellations made post timelines mentioned above. In this case, you still have the option to transfer your registration within your organization.
  • Registration transfers

To initiate a transfer, please send an email to delegate@eliteplus.co.in / accounts-liban@epbs.co.in  at least 15 days prior to the conference date, providing the following details:

  • Name:
  • Designation:
  • Organization Name:
  • Email (mandatory requirement):
  • Phone (mandatory requirement):
  • Refund Amount

A 70% refund will be processed in case the cancellation request is received 30 days before the Business Summit date.

  • Cancellation and refund Policy will be followed regardless of the reason for cancellation. These include acts of God, terrorist threats/attacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from attending the conferences.
  • If the Business Summit is cancelled for any reason within our reasonable control, then the Registration fee will be refunded 100%. We shall not be liable for any other loss, damage, or costs, e.g but not limited to (limitation travel, visa, or accommodation costs), or any other expenses incurred by you for attending the conference.
  • The refund process will take up to 25 business days.
  • Refunds will be made in the following ways:
  • For the payments received by Credit or Debit cards, the refund will be processed on the same Credit/Debit card.
  • For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee-nominated account.

For payments received from outside India by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer and the bank charges will be levied to the participant’s account.
