We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. Here’s our comprehensive Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to accounts-liban@epbs.co.in.
Cancellation Request Deadline:
To qualify for a refund, cancellation requests must be made 30 days before the scheduled Business Summit.
No refunds will be processed for cancellations made after the specified timeline. However, you have the option to transfer your registration within your organization.

Registration Transfers:
To initiate a transfer, email delegate@eliteplus.co.in / accounts-liban@epbs.co.in at least 15 days before the conference date, providing:

Refund Amount:
A 70% refund will be processed if the cancellation request is received 30 days before the Business Summit date.

Applicability:
The Cancellation and Refund Policy applies irrespective of the reason for cancellation, including acts of God, terrorist threats/attacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances preventing attendance.

Event Cancellation:
If the Business Summit is cancelled for any reason within our reasonable control, a 100% Registration fee refund will be issued. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees.

Refund Process:The refund process takes up to 25 business days.
Refunds are made as follows:
Credit/Debit cards: Refund processed on the same card.
Other payments: Refund via bank transfer to the payee-nominated account.
Payments from outside India: Refund via bank transfer with applicable bank charges borne by the participant.

Request a letter of invitation for visa purposes from ElitePlus Business Services by providing the following details:

Your family members won’t have access to the conference sessions and related activities unless they are registered and have the appropriate name badges.
